Biodiversity Reports, an International Journal is an open access journal. To support the costs of editorial processing, peer review management, online publication, and long-term digital preservation, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied to accepted manuscripts.
APC Amount
An Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 100 applies to all manuscripts accepted after peer review. To support and encourage high-quality submissions, we are pleased to offer a reduced promotional APC of USD 45 for manuscripts accepted on or before 30 March 2026.
Important Notes
- There is no submission fee
- The APC is charged only after the manuscript has been accepted following peer review
- Payment of the APC does not influence editorial or peer review decisions
